This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing comprehensive patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.
Deliver individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and develop effective interventions in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Document services accurately, manage billing and regulatory compliance, and contribute to team conferences and care planning.
Supervise clinical staff and support professional development through ongoing education and peer collaboration.
