Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated speech therapists with pediatric experience to join a growing private practice in Paramus, NJ.

Provide evaluation and treatment for toddlers, children, and adolescents with communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, with progress monitoring and re-assessments.

Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Complete documentation, parent education, and home exercise programs as needed.

Maintain a friendly rapport with clients and team members.

This part/full-time role offers $68-$78/hr, benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, continuing education, and more. Expected hours are around 20 per week, primarily weekdays late afternoons/evenings, with in-person work.
