We are hiring a Speech Therapist for a Brooklyn-based Certified Home Care Agency offering full-time, part-time, contract, and per diem roles with a salary up to $120,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Assess and treat speech and language disorders, ensuring high-quality home care services in compliance with Department of Health regulations. Complete documentation accurately and timely, address patient and staff concerns, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Support the agency’s mission by maintaining regulatory standards and obtaining necessary certifications. Qualifications:
NYS Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid driver’s license (vehicle required unless in Manhattan). Preferably 1+ year of home care experience; bilingual skills are a plus. Proficient in English, with strong communication and computer skills. Benefits:
