Job Description

Seeking a motivated speech language pathologist to join the inpatient rehabilitation team in Reedley/Selma, CA, providing services on the swing bed and medical/surgical units.

  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to support their recovery and return home.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled physical, occupational, and speech therapists, along with a rehab therapy aide.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients daily, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and assisting in patient outcomes data collection.
  • Supervise and instruct support staff in accordance with practice regulations.
  • Offer a competitive hourly rate ($45.39 – $62.26), a sign-on bonus, student loan reimbursement, continuing education funds, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of inpatient experience.
