Job Description

We are seeking a passionate LICENSED Speech-Language Pathologist to join our nonprofit team in Southern California.

  • Provide assessment and treatment for pediatric speech/language delays and disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Create comprehensive treatment plans and document progress via SOAP notes.
  • Educate parents and families about speech and language development.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines such as Occupational Therapy and ABA.
  • Willingness to travel within California and provide in-home services to diverse communities is essential.

    • Qualifications include active California licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability, and a kid-loving, respectful attitude. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ($50-$60/hour), and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education. The position is hybrid, based in Pala, CA, with an expected 40 hours weekly.
