Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team, with new grads welcome.
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Provide evidence-based therapy services per physician orders and facility policies.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
State licensure or eligibility, and ASHA CCC-SLP (CFY candidates welcome).
Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
