Job Description
Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time roles with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.
Position Overview: Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, and support departmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, communicate with interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and educate patients and families.
Ensure compliance with regulations, contribute to professional growth through continuing education, and foster a positive, safe work environment.
Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current California licensure, CCC-SLP, and CPR certification preferred. 2-3 years of rehab experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform patient treatments involving reaching and stooping, with safety precautions maintained.
Compensation ranges from $65-$70/hour, with health benefits included. Work is primarily in-person, averaging 40 hours weekly.
