Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) on a *PRN basis* to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults.
Provide therapeutic interventions aligned with individualized treatment plans to restore communication skills. Supervise Rehab Aides, students, and volunteers as assigned. Document clinical interventions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with treatment and billing guidelines. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals, participating in care conferences and in-services. Support resident safety and adhere to professional standards and policies. Maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement activities, and represent the organization positively. Work involves exposure to healthcare risks, requires flexibility in hours, and adherence to safety protocols. Compensation starts at $50/hour, with a referral program included.
