Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing therapy in individual and group settings, and collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals. The SLP will adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, document progress, and deliver training on communication strategies.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and preferred CCC-SLP certification. Experience with AAC systems and supporting clients with mental health needs is a plus.
