Seeking a motivated *Speech Therapist* for a person-centered home environment on a beautiful campus in Cicero, NY, featuring 12 small residences that promote a welcoming, neighborhood-like atmosphere.

This full-time role involves evaluating and treating patients with diverse diagnoses, developing personalized care plans, and providing evidence-based speech, voice, and swallowing therapy.

Responsibilities include documentation, patient goal setting, communication screening, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and participation in staff meetings and training.
