Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an in-house therapy team in a senior care community.

Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Provide evidence-based therapy services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and physicians.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning and discharge meetings.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, ASHA CCC-SLP (CFY candidates welcome). Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required.
