Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time or part-time work with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over a year.

Position Overview: Provide patient-centered treatment to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document services accurately.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, create and implement treatment plans, communicate progress to team and families, supervise other clinicians, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

Professional Development & Teamwork: Contribute to a positive facility culture, participate in team meetings, educate staff, and stay current with continuing education.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or license candidate, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification if applicable.

Physical & Other Requirements: Able to perform CPR, spend significant time standing and reaching, and maintain safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits: $65.00 – $70.00/hour, health insurance, approximately 40 hours/week, with in-person work location.
