Job Description

Provides comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to optimize patient outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.

  • Performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensures accurate documentation, manages billing, and contributes to clinical and professional development.
  • Collaborates with team members, educates staff and families, and participates in meetings and conferences.
  • Maintains safety standards, promotes a positive work culture, and demonstrates safe working practices.
