Job Description

Seeking a motivated *Speech Therapist* to join a compassionate team in a person-centered home environment with 12 small residences on a scenic campus.

*Key Responsibilities:*
– Evaluate and treat patients per physician’s orders
– Provide skilled speech, voice, swallowing, and language therapy
– Complete documentation and develop personalized care plans
– Conduct screenings and collaborate with other health professionals
– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies
– Contribute to quality improvement and staff training

*Qualifications:*
– Experience or CFY encouraged to apply
– Strong communication and time management skills
– Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
