The Speech-Language Pathologist provides direct patient care to optimize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment plans, and family education.
Performs comprehensive assessments, develops treatment plans, communicates progress, and supervises clinical staff.
Documents services accurately, manages billing, and ensures compliance with regulations.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, integrates patient and family input, and participates in team meetings.
Contributes to professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.
Promotes a positive, professional workplace culture, demonstrating safe practices and excellent customer service.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and active licensure.
