Job Description
The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders in pediatric patients.
They assess communication status through observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests, then develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with family values and clinical guidelines.
The SLP documents progress, addresses goals, and provides therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development. Work is performed in a pediatric-centered, play-based clinic setting.
**Position Requirements:**
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
– Current Maryland or Delaware licensure
**Schedule:**
– Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm shifts (variable)

**Compensation:** $78,769.60 – $122,116.80 annually.
