Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized *Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our long-standing, locally owned home health care team in the Sacramento area. This full-time role offers a supportive leadership environment, extensive training, and opportunities for continued education.


  • Licensed to practice Speech Pathology in California with a valid MS degree and at least one year of full-time experience.
  • Must hold current CPR certification, have a licensed, insured vehicle, and possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional patient care with a positive, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Responsibilities include creating effective patient transition plans, conducting assessments, and addressing complex medical, emotional, and social needs.
