Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders through evaluations and tailored therapy plans.Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication skills and support behavior interventions.Provide staff training on communication strategies and AAC systems, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.Support crisis situations by implementing effective communication techniques and ensuring compliance with regulations.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities.
