Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
Evaluate clients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions; set and adjust goals; and administer therapy using current professional standards.
Provide patient and family education on treatment procedures, adaptive equipment, and community resources.
Coordinate with healthcare team members, document care accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in staff training, continuing education, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years of experience, and CCC certification or active pursuit thereof. Must have current CPR, TB screening, reliable transportation, and be able to work in varied home environments.
Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k). Travel to clients’ homes is required.
