Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Paonia, CO. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role involves
evaluating, diagnosing, and treating residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Qualifications include Colorado licensure and SLP certification.
• Offering a competitive hourly rate of $48.37 – $51.62, with benefits such as flexible scheduling and relocation assistance.
• Must be able to work in person at our Paonia location and relocate if necessary.
