Job Description

We are seeking a licensed, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Paonia, CO.

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications include Colorado licensure and SLP certification. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time. Benefits include flexible scheduling and relocation assistance.
