Job Description
The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders in pediatric patients.
They assess communication skills through observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests, then develop individualized treatment plans aligned with family values and clinical guidelines.
The SLP documents progress, adjusts goals, and provides therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
Work is conducted in a pediatric-centered, play-based clinic setting.
**Position Requirements:**
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current Maryland or Delaware licensure
**Schedule & Compensation:**
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm shifts
• Salary range: $78,769.60–$122,116.80/year
