Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and swallowing needs.

Conduct assessments, set goals, and adjust therapy as needed.

Provide therapy using current techniques, instruct clients and families, and recommend adaptive equipment.

Monitor progress, document care, and communicate with healthcare team and clients.

Coordinate with team members and community resources to support client care.

Participate in training, documentation using agency software, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years’ experience, CCC certification or in process, and current CPR. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel for home visits.

Compensation & Benefits: $85,000-$95,000/year, with health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Work Environment: Home-based setting with variable conditions, requiring physical ability to perform client care and travel frequently.
