Job Description

Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and swallowing needs.

  • Conduct assessments, set goals, and adjust therapy as needed.
  • Provide therapy using current techniques, instruct clients and families, and recommend adaptive equipment.
  • Monitor progress, document care, and communicate with healthcare team and clients.
  • Coordinate with team members and community resources to support client care.
  • Participate in training, documentation using agency software, and adhere to regulatory standards.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, two years’ experience, CCC certification or in process, and current CPR. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel for home visits.

    Compensation & Benefits: $85,000-$95,000/year, with health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

    Work Environment: Home-based setting with variable conditions, requiring physical ability to perform client care and travel frequently.
