Job Description
The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and providing speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative therapy to pediatric patients in a play-based, pediatric-centered clinic.
Assess communication functions through observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with family values and clinical guidelines. Document progress and adjust therapy to support sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development. Work in a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in Maryland or Delaware.
