Seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to join a compassionate, person-centered team in a unique small-home residence setting.
Evaluate, treat, and develop personalized care plans for residents with speech, voice, swallowing, or language disorders. Perform assessments, provide evidence-based interventions, and document progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in care planning, and support residents’ goals. Ensure confidentiality, adhere to safety protocols, and promote quality care in a welcoming environment. Attend team meetings, contribute to training, and support facility policies and standards.
