Seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve clients’ speech, swallowing, and communication functions.
Conducts evaluations, sets goals, and adjusts therapy based on client progress. Provides therapeutic exercises, educates clients and families, and assesses adaptive equipment needs. Coordinates with healthcare teams, documents care accurately, and ensures compliance with regulations. Uses agency software for documentation and participates in ongoing education and quality initiatives. Requires a B.S. in Speech Language Pathology, two years of experience, CCC certification or in progress, and valid driver’s license for home visits. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance; salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. The role involves in-person work, travel to clients’ homes, and working in variable environments.
