Job Description

Seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home patient care, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.


  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families, monitor progress, and support safe home care management.
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required assessments per agency guidelines.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and coordinate with physicians for treatment approval and updates.

    • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure in New Mexico, and clinical experience. Preferred candidates have two years of experience.


    Work involves physical activity, lifting, and extensive standing, with pay ranging from $77,571 to $109,512 annually. Benefits include health/dental insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
