Job Description
Seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home patient care focused on communication and swallowing disorders.
In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families. You will monitor progress and support patients in improving communication, safety, and independence at home.
Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and clinical experience. Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience.
Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, implementing treatment, completing documentation, and participating in team meetings. You must be physically capable of performing tasks like lifting and extended standing.
Compensation ranges from $77,571 to $109,512 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, continuing education, and mileage reimbursement.
Work is primarily on the road, providing flexible, patient-centered care in a home setting.
