Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team, with new grads welcome.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning and discharge meetings.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and ASHA certification or eligibility (CFY candidates accepted). Prior SNF experience is preferred but not required.
