Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team. New grads are welcome!

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services per physician orders and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and physicians.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning and discharge meetings.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP certification (CFY candidates welcomed). Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
