Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric specialized care team in a combined school and medical environment.
Provide classroom inclusive and one-on-one therapy for residents aged birth to 21 with complex medical and developmental needs. Review social, psychological, medical, and therapy reports to develop personalized treatment plans. Administer assessments, set goals, and document progress regularly. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including COTAs, and coordinate care across disciplines. Evaluate equipment and feeding needs, ensuring infection control standards are met. Must have pediatric experience, current Arkansas licensure, and ASHA CCC. Requires organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
