Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services per physician orders and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and physicians.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in care planning and discharge meetings.

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current State Licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP from ASHA (CFY candidates welcome).
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
