Job Description
The school speech/language pathologist conducts assessments, diagnoses, and provides therapy for students with communication disabilities, working at one or more school sites.
Responsibilities include participating in MTSS/RtI, completing evaluations, supporting IEP development, delivering evidence-based speech/language services, considering cultural and technological needs, and collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals.
They must follow federal and state laws, maintain confidentiality, document services accurately, and utilize technology for communication and reporting.
Qualifications include a relevant degree, Nevada licensure or endorsement, and preferred certification. The position offers full-time or part-time hours at a pay rate starting from $71/hour, with work primarily in person.
