Job Description
Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a rehabilitation setting.
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Document services accurately, manage billing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team meetings, and integrate interdisciplinary input into patient care. Engage in professional development through continuing education, peer interaction, and presenting at conferences. Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe working practices, and maintain equipment and work areas safely. Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CA licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and physical ability for patient care tasks.
Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with health benefits included.
