Job Description
We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide specialized assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with severe behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs in a structured, compassionate environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting crisis intervention and behavior plans.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with children with complex needs. Knowledge of AAC devices, behavioral strategies, and trauma-informed practices is essential.
Preferred skills include ABA experience, familiarity with AAC systems, and bilingual abilities.
