Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses, diagnoses, and treats communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing residents. They develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and safety, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state license, CCC-SLP or CFY, and preferably experience in geriatric or SNF settings. The work environment involves collaborative care within a skilled nursing facility, with some physical activity. This contract role offers a weekly pay rate of $2,000-$2,300.
