Seeking a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.
Essential duties include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing and implementing treatment plans; documenting services accurately; and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families.
Responsibilities also involve supervising clinical staff, contributing to professional development, maintaining safety standards, and promoting a positive facility culture.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California licensure or eligibility, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, and current CPR certification if required.
Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance. The role requires in-person work, with physical demands involving patient interaction and documentation tasks.
