Job Description
Speech/Language pathologist needed for the remainder of the 2025/26 school year and beyond in elementary and early childhood settings in Lake County, IL. Full-time and/or part-time positions available. Must have an Illinois PEL license or be eligible (need Illinois IDFPR license and CCCs; CFYs encouraged to apply).
Responsibilities:
Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set goals.
Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Stay current with best practices in the field.
Follow professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with IDFPR license and CCCs required.
Experience in school settings and case management is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$70.00 – $75.00 per hour.
