Job Description

Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering Speech/Language Pathology treatments based on physician referrals to improve patient function and prevent disability.


  • Performs patient assessments, develops treatment plans, and documents progress in medical records.
  • Educates patients and families, addressing psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members, coordinates care, and participates in performance improvement and departmental activities.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing, safety, infection control, and organizational policies.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Kentucky licensure, preferably geriatric experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Position is full-time, in person, with benefits and scheduled weekdays, requiring relocation to Ironton, OH.
