Job Description
Responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering Speech/Language Pathology treatments based on physician referrals to improve patient function and prevent disability.
Performs patient assessments, develops treatment plans, and documents progress in medical records.
Educates patients and families, addressing psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Collaborates with healthcare team members, coordinates care, and participates in performance improvement and departmental activities.
Ensures compliance with licensing, safety, infection control, and organizational policies.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Kentucky licensure, preferably geriatric experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Position is full-time, in person, with benefits and scheduled weekdays, requiring relocation to Ironton, OH.
