Job Description
Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services for children birth to 3 years old with developmental delays or at risk. The role involves collaborating with families to develop individualized plans, conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and supporting family advocacy in culturally sensitive ways.
Offers a salary between $71,000-$76,000, with flexible 30-40 hour schedules (Monday–Friday), comprehensive benefits including health, dental, paid time off, retirement, professional development, and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements include current MA licensure, ASHA certification, strong communication skills, knowledge of family systems and early childhood development, reliable transportation, and ability to build meaningful relationships. Bilingual/bicultural skills are a plus.
