Job Description
We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders, recommending AAC devices when needed.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy in various settings and supporting feeding/swallowing as appropriate.
Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication skills across environments.
Integrate communication strategies into behavior plans and support crisis intervention efforts.
Maintain documentation, write IEP goals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and preferably, CCC-SLP. Experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities, AAC systems, and behavioral interventions is desired. Bilingual skills are a plus. This full-time role offers competitive pay ($125,000-$145,000), benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
