This position offers a salary range of $56,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and supporting families? This role involves providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or at risk, collaborating with families to create individualized plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, delivering speech therapy, developing and implementing the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), conducting progress documentation, and acting as a service coordinator.
Requirements include current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
