We support 14 skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and therapy programs across Utah, Texas, and Missouri, with ongoing growth. Our team comprises experienced industry leaders dedicated to our mission: to relieve suffering, spread joy, and empower communities.

We are seeking full-time, part-time, or PRN Speech Language Pathologists, including CFY candidates with supervision from an SLP-CCC. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about developing patient-centered care to meet diverse needs.

Requirements:

• Valid state license
• Accredited therapy program completion
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred but all levels welcome

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Position involves in-person work.
