Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting in San Gabriel, CA.

Essential duties include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.

Responsibilities also encompass supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation, and participating in team and professional development activities.

Qualified candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC, and a CA license, with 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
