This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Essential duties include evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting services accurately, and communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. The role also involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation standards, and contributing to team conferences and professional development.

Candidates must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current CCC, CA license or candidate status, CPR certification if required, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Skills include strong communication, teamwork, safety awareness, and knowledge of medical terminology. The position offers $58-$62/hour, health benefits, and requires in-person work with physical demands including patient interaction and documentation tasks.
