Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in adults.
Provide therapeutic interventions, supervise aides and volunteers, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Document clinical progress, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with standards and guidelines. Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and departmental activities, while ensuring resident safety. Support organizational mission, adhere to policies, and handle documentation accurately and promptly. Work in a healthcare environment with exposure to infectious materials, and be willing to work beyond normal hours when needed.
