Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing pediatric ABA and speech therapy program in Auburn & Des Moines, WA, offering $85,000–$110,000 annually based on experience.

About the Role: Provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, conduct individual and group therapy, and coach parents for children aged 2-12 in center-based settings. Collaborate with BCBAs, staff, and families to ensure quality care.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active WA SLP license, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, and commitment to ethical practice.
