Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team working with young children with disabilities. The role involves therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and collaboration with educators and families. This full-time position (10 months + 6 weeks summer) offers a salary of $50,000-$55,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.

Essential duties include planning and delivering individual and group therapy, conducting screenings and evaluations, establishing IEP goals, and coordinating with other professionals. Candidates should have a graduate degree in Communicative Disorders, NYS SLP licensure, ASHA certification, and at least one year of experience with young children. Preferred skills include oral-motor, childhood development, PECS, and ABA/VB strategies. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and be able to commute or relocate to Springville, NY.

Part-time options and CF candidates are considered. Schedule is Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
