We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team working with young children with disabilities.
Responsibilities include therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and teacher consultation. Full-time position (10 months + 6 weeks summer) with part-time options available. Qualifications: MS in Communicative Disorders, NYS SLP license, ASHA CCC, at least one year of experience with young children, valid NYS driver’s license. Preferred experience with oral-motor skills, childhood development, PECS, and ABA/VB strategies. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible scheduling. Involves conducting screenings, developing and re-evaluating IEP goals, and collaborating with families and professionals. Work location is in person in Springville, NY, with a requirement to relocate before starting.
