The Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist assesses, diagnoses, and develops individualized plans to support students with communicative challenges within a school setting.

They conduct assessments, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and create goals for student IEPs. The specialist provides remediation through individual and group instruction, offers consultation to staff and parents, and collaborates with other professionals and agencies.
